NEW FEATURE: View from the Stands

Calling all Sporting Farers!! We’ve launched a new feature called View from the Stands where we’ll be showcasing YOUR photos from sporting events you’ve attended – that’s any sport, any venue. What we want are photographs that show the venue, the event, the excitement, so if you’ve been to a football match, cricket match, athletics meeting or whatever and taken your camera with you, then please email us with a pic or two (or three or four!) and the following details:

1. Your name (or the name you want us to credit)
2. The event you attended
3. The venue
4. The competitors involved
5. The final result
6. Your website address / Twitter name (optional – but we’ll pimp your blog or website if you want!)

We’re really looking forward to seeing your photos so get sending them in now to sportingfare [at] gmail [dot] com!

Join the Sporting Fare League NOW and pit your

Follow these simple steps:

1. Visit http://fantasy.premierleague.com/
2. Register a team as described on the site
3. Once you’ve picked your team, click on the Leagues link on the left
4. Click the Create / Join tab
5. Enter this code: 50021-17065 to join the Sporting Fare league
6. Hit the Join League button
7. That’s it!

You can make as many changes to your team between now and the start of the season at 11.30am BST on August 14th, so don’t worry if you want to leave your final team selection to the very last minute to get that final star in.
